  I'm going to start with I'm not a direct customer to this business. Around 2pm I came in to make a payment for someone else who had to work. I stood in the waiting area for some time, watching the monitors, seeing staff feeding babies in seats on the floor, kids napping with very attentive staff sitting nearby. I did notice the black outs over changing tables, etc....for privacy...fantastic job truly...Finally I was greeted by a friendly lady that peek her head around the corner, I explained my purpose & she said she'd have someone come help me, that she couldn't leave her room. Completely understanding, as I waited I heard her quietly call for assistance for someone to help me. I waited, she poked her head back around & apologized for the delay. I waited some more, still observing the monitors. I could see staff sitting & eating in areas by them self. Again the nice lady called for assistance, someone from another area of the facility said something to her. She came from around the corner & apologized stating "I'm sorry but we don't have anyone to take a payment right now." Thinking I'm sorry what??? I'm a paying person & you don't have a staff to take my payment. I explained that I had other thing to do & that it was inconvenient but OK. My business & referrals will not go to this company. Observing these actions proves to me the staff is there for a paycheck & they don't care about the customer or apparently the company. Being in my early 40's I have the opportunity to have friends/coworkers just beginning families & friends/coworkers becoming Grandparents. Just sayin

  Brittani (Director) and Kayla T (Asst Director) are a great team. They have really brought the center together and have built a great team as a whole. The staff really love the kids, and do amazing things with them. Kayla (Pre-K teacher) has gone above and beyond to prepare her class for Kindergarten. She has them working on letters, numbers, and has even incorporated a behavior chart system like they would use in Kindergarten. I have personally sent all three of my children to La Petite for daycare, preschool, and before and after school care, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any of those services. The staff does an amazing job with all the kids, they are very professional, and really put their heart into providing the best for their families. I wouldn't change them for the world, keep up the great work ladies Thank you :-)
